Guided tour, Björksoda tasting & Småland tapas

We now also welcome larger groups of up to 50 people. We gather in the atmospheric lodge above the farm shop. Learn more about an ancient tradition with a new twist. Welcome to Björksodan's beautiful farm in the heart of Småland's forests. We will tell you about our business and production and show you the craft of how birch sap becomes Björksoda. We offer a tasting of Björksoda's different vintages. For the Björksoda tasting, we serve our Småland tapas with a taste of forest and land. Follow nature's own bubble, from tree to bottle.
