Welcome to a unique nature experience you won't want to miss. Join us at the first harvest time of the year, when the sap rises and we drop the birch trees on the sap that will become Björksoda vintage 2027. (Estimated period of sap tapping: 30/3-13/4 2027)
Join us in Ängabacken and take part in the age-old tradition of bottling birch sap. Learn how the journey works - from tree to bottle, from birch to bubbly!
This is in addition to the nature experience itself:
- Fika (sourdough sandwich + fresh saw)
- Tasting of the different vintages of Björksodan (2023, 2024, 2025)
- Visit to the root cellar where the bottles are stored, and visit to the tank room where the sap is turned into birch soda.
Good to know
- Dress warmly, rubber boots/tight shoes.
- Parking is available in the yard.
- Toilets are located in the farm shop.

NOTE: The saw is weather dependent. We reserve the right to change the date of the saw safari until the saw is up and running. You will be notified in this case. If the new date does not suit you, you can cancel and get your money back.
